Hi PLP readers! Sorry about the hiatus I haven't been blogging since Hank was born but I plan on changing that! We have been eating a ton of paleo meals at home so I have a new group of recipes to share. Pinterest is a great source for new recipes but I seem to be better at pinning them than actually cooking them. However I wanted something easy tonight since I did not have time for the grocery store and I remembered I had pinned a 5 ingredient tuna salad. I tried it out and it was delicious and SO EASY! It also looks pretty served in the skins of the avocado!
Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna
- 2 lemons
- 1 half red onion
- 2 avocados
- salt & pepper
