About Me

Kelly: I started Crossfit and Paleo last winter as a means to get me in shape for my July 2011 wedding. Little did I know it would change my life. This blog is my attempt to share the journey with my friends and family. I am by no means a paleo expert... just a former sugar and treadmill addict that has changed her mental and physical health and wants to share the journey with others! I do adhere to the cheat day a week policy because a life without any cocktails for me is not worth living!!
