Pretty Little Paleo: Nice Ride Date!

We had one of the best weekdays of all time yesterday so I have to share the pics! It was gorgeous out so Pete and I rented bikes from Nice Ride and cruised around the lakes, checked on the new house, and had a fabulous lunch at Tin Fish! Not a bad Wednesday I have to say! For those not familiar Nice Ride is a the public bike sharing system in the Twin Cities. All you do is swipe your card ride and return to a bike rack at your destination. So easy, cheap, and fun! We biked a couple hours and then stopped at a favorite on Lake Calhoun Tin Fish. They just opened for the season so we had been itching to get our fix. Pete claimed it was better than he even remembers from last summer so I think it was a success! I tried to stay paleo and go with the grilled walleye salad but I broke down and had some homemade chips and salsa that were well worth it. Its not often I get a mid week lunch date I had to take advantage!
