The Secret to Stuffed Peppers!

I have attempted to make stuffed peppers many times and I am always disappointed that they come out watery.  I made them yesterday and I solved the problem and they were DELICIOUS!!  Its a great meal because you can make ahead of time and heat up whenever.  The two secrets are boil the peppers before you stuff them for about 6 mins and add a can of tomato paste to thicken the mix so it isn't so watery.  This recipe is so awesome you could even serve it for guests. The peppers are just gorgeous!!!

Ingredients
5 multi-colored bell peppers
2 pounds of grass fed ground beef
1 yellow onion diced
3 gloves of garlic chopped finely
2 table spoons hot sauce
2 diced jalepenos
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
fresh parsley
salt
pepper

Preheat oven to 350.  Boil some water add the peppers empty for about 5-6 mins.  Brown the meat in a pan and add the veggies.  When the meat is browned and the veggies soft add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for about 10 mins.  Let the mixture cool enough so you can stuff the mix into your peppers.  Fill the baking dish with some sauce and cook for 45 mins.  ENJOY!!!
