What's Cooking this week....

So I have been feeling a tad uninspired on the new recipe front this week.  Instead I have been favoring easy and quick meals that have been surprisingly delicious and healthy!
For lunch I have been doing salad every day with turkey or chicken.  None of the meals below take more than 10 mins to make!  What are your go to lunch recipes?  Please share!
Mixed greens with turkey, walnuts and balsamic

Green juice... we are still addicted to juicing! Great way to get spinach in your breakfast!
