Craving comfort food

The weather has officially become cold here. Something about the new weather last night made me crave a good comfort food meal.   For me that means a burger and french fries.  Obviously that is not paleo so I had to make some adjustments.   I did burgers with no bun but all the fixings, sweet potato fries,  gluten free ketchup sweetened with agave nectar, and of course a salad. It was so tasty and really hit the spot.  I think this is a great meal for people who are just getting used to the paleo lifestyle.  Although if you are looking to loose weight the sweet potatoes are a high glycemic food and should be eaten sparingly or after a super intense workout.
Sweet Potato Fries
Slice 4 potatoes
place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with olive oil, salt, pepper
Bake on 350 for 40- 45 mins
Enjoy burgers and fries without all the guilt!!!!!
