After seeing someone post these on FB for the one millionth time I decided it was time to try them in the Cecil house. They are addicting!!!! I'm a tad over Brussels sprouts after eating them for what seems like every meal so I think these chips could be the new replacement. My only complaint was I didn't make nearly enough. I did one medium size zucchini and I ate the whole tray right out of the oven standing up. I think making three at once would be perfect. Enjoy!
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- slice zucchini thin
- line them up on tray covered with foil
- sprinkle EVOO and parmesan on top
- bake for 5 mins and then broil on high until cheese is brown and bubbly

Try not to eat them all while standing at the counter!!! |
