The filing of these lettuce wraps is so good you wont be able to stop eating it! Even better than that the recipe is so simple! The only thing you need to chop is the onion!! I will be adding these to our weekly dinner rotation. Pete LOVED them so much he asked if we can have leftovers this evening. If that isn't a ringing endorsement I don't know what is!!! This is my second Asian recipe that was a huge success I think I may be changing my tune on Asian cooking!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds grass fed ground beef
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 package of mushrooms (I used shitake)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup red cabbage shredded
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- green onion
- fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- butter lettuce leaves for wrapping
Brown the beef and then drain fat. Add the onions and mushrooms until they soften. Grate in garlic. Then add fish sauce, vinegar, and hot sauce. At the end add all the veggies so they don't get mushy. Spoon into wraps and ENJOY!!!!!!
