Fish Week Continues!

We are still pressing forward with my mission to eat more fish.   I have to say I feel really great and clean and will try to have fish at least twice ideally three times a week from now on!  I made a great Tilapia with a red grapefruit salsa.  I served it with simple roasted asparagus and a salad. ( I know big surprise!)   It was a perfect Spring dinner!  I will be in Chicago this weekend and am going to be taking a bikram class with Joann for the first time ever!  I am very nervous but excited!  Already hydrating so I can hopefully have a decent showing in the hot room!  





Organic red grapefruit, lemon, shallot, and basil.  Just chop and mix for the refreshing salsa
