Pretty Little Paleo: Easter for Foodies!

Happy Easter PLP readers!! I hope you are enjoying a lovely day. We had a FABULOUS holiday weekend full of amazing meals which I will share with you through some food porn pictures I took. We have been really excited to try Butcher and the Boar which opened 3 weeks ago to some serious hype.... let me tell you it lived up and then some! Its one of those annoying situations where you have to wait in line outside like Travail or Girl and the Goat but it was worth it. We filled up on a serious meal of boar, long rib, and a heavenly desert before we headed to meet our friends to see the new American Pie movie.
Easter morning we decided to try the church in our new neighborhood Lake of the Isles Lutheran Church. It is a picture perfect church right on the lake that we can walk to from the new house. It was a great Easter mass and we left more excited than ever about our choice to move to Kenwood! What would Easter really be with out brunch so we headed to one of our favorites Heidis and indulged. We had a gift certificate from some of our best friends in St Louis so we decided to order everything and then some. We have been to Heidis countless times for dinner but never brunch. I have to say it was the best brunch I have had in Minneapolis. From the fresh squeezed OJ in the mimosa, the banana bread amuse bouche, and the heavenly donuts every bite was better then the next.
